My deposit isn't showing
Bitcoin needs 1 confirmation on our side (about 10 minutes); Ethereum and USDT need 2 (about 1 minute). Make sure you sent the right asset on the right network: USDT must be ERC-20 on Ethereum.
How do I withdraw?
Wallet → Withdraw. You'll need two-factor authentication enabled. Small withdrawals are sent within minutes; larger ones are reviewed by our team first.
The seller hasn't shipped
Sellers have 7 days to ship. Until they do, you can cancel from the order page for an instant full refund.
The item is damaged or not as described
Open a dispute from the order page. Escrow is frozen while we review. Add photos and details; we usually resolve within 2 business days.
How do I become a verified business?
Fill in your business profile under Settings. Our team checks the registration details and adds the badge.
Is my money safe?
Funds in escrow are held by Bolimber and only released when you confirm delivery, when the auto-release window passes, or when a dispute is resolved.
