Prohibited Items Policy

Version 2026-09-21. Listings that break this policy are removed, funds may be held, and accounts may be suspended and reported. This list is not exhaustive; anything illegal in the seller's or buyer's country is prohibited.

Never allowed

• Illegal drugs, controlled substances, drug paraphernalia, prescription medicines.
• Weapons, ammunition, explosives, weapon parts and accessories, stun guns, pepper spray.
• Counterfeit, replica or unauthorised branded goods; stolen goods; items with removed serial numbers.
• Sexual content or services; anything involving minors.
• Hazardous or recalled products, tobacco and nicotine products, alcohol.
• Human remains or body parts, live animals, endangered-species products (ivory, furs, CITES-listed items).
• Government IDs, licences, official documents, uniforms, badges; personal data lists.
• Financial products and instruments, gift cards, cash, crypto assets or "loaded" wallets, securities, lottery tickets.
• Hacking tools, malware, stolen accounts, credentials or access to services.
• Items that infringe copyright or trademarks; unlicensed copies of media or software.
• Anything requiring a licence to sell that the seller does not hold (e.g. medical devices, telecoms equipment in some countries).
• Items subject to sanctions or export controls (dual-use goods, certain electronics and materials) where the transaction would breach UN, US, UK, EU or UAE sanctions or export rules.

Restricted (extra conditions apply)

• Vehicles: title/registration documents must be transferred lawfully; Bolimber only handles the payment.
• Precious metals and collectibles: must be genuine and accurately described; authentication may be required for high-value items.
• Cosmetics, food-contact and children's products: must meet the safety rules of the destination country.
• Batteries and lithium devices: ship only with carriers that accept them.
