Bolimber sets only cookies that are strictly necessary to run the service, which do not require consent under the EU ePrivacy rules, the UK PECR or similar laws:

We use Vercel Web Analytics and Speed Insights, which measure page views and performance without cookies and without identifying you across sites. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies, and we do not load third-party trackers. Because of this, Bolimber does not show a cookie banner. If we ever add cookies that need consent, we will ask first.
Your browser lets you block or delete cookies; blocking the session cookie will sign you out.
